I just saw the goo goo dolls in concert and my heart melted when he sang "Iris" but if he'd had sung this song I would have cried

I'm STILL Here, and UNLESS it's to go to LA, I am STAYING. As your Friend. It's best I make amends.

+juanlash.. tuning is dadaae and your the verse its like something like hold down 7th fret, and pick the D string then 4,5,6,5,4, string, then unfret the 7th string and pick D and then 4,5,6,5,4...then repeat...for im not here hold down 4th fret of DAD and strum then hold down second fret DAD and strum, then for chours hold down DAD string on 7th fret and strum then let go and play open chord...easy to play hard to explain...just follow!
