John Norum's solo is better. He's not just shredding like a retard to show he can play. It seems he actually thought about what he was playing.

Norum uses almost always pentatonic and blues scales. This is why Vinnie Moore sounds better. Actually Moore sounds differently because he uses more WRONG notes within his blues rock solos. At that times of 80's most rockers used to play with pentanonic or blues scales. Like Randy Rhoads.
