[Fanboy alert: read with caution] What you're all sayin is that he's the man and we expect more out of him, since the majority of his discography has been exceptionally listenable (like, timeless songs that bear 'repeat' and 'back button' in endlessly nostalgic, binge-ful recycling). With regard to the last few years, John's music is becoming increasingly personal. This is the music he wants to hear and listen to, and he's actually taking the time to share it! Like, how Jimi Hendrix would hear music in his head that would be impossible to express and create so he'd just kick back and listen... imagine THAT music...Maybe John hears something musically impossible of his own, and being perhaps somewhat of a perfectionist and musical "idealist", he's actually tryin to get to it! How exciting is that?? I don't think he gives a shit what we all have to say about it, though It makes for great discussion since we all see that he's an especially standout musician and person and "worthy of criticism". It kinda sucks that he's more reclusive these days what with not performing 'JF' music but the evolution of his artistic expression he keeps completely transparent. For this I am absolutely psyched.

People who are hating are looking at this music in the eyes of the Red hot chili peppers guitarist. Please look at it from a different perspective. The beat is very good as well as the orchestration and melody. Ill admit its not for me but in no way can you say its bad.

John Fusciante to me is one of my guitar hero's , the way he sings his soul out on guitar is just amazing!Sadly his solo stuff is just ruining him for me, and its sad because his singing and guitar on this song is awesome, just that pulsating keyboard bass is really messing things up.But still Love this guy and wish him all the best :)
