One of my all time favorite song writers, singers and guitar players. His voice was silent for far too long. I'm so glad he came out of his depression, wrote his come back album and started playing his classics again. Many thanks to his wife for convincing him to put the past behind him and embrace the brilliance of his youth. John Fogerty is a great for the ages.

@beeobee100 That's a very common misconception. Fogerty himself said that the so actually about the tensions that were rising in the band and the strain in his relationship with his brother.

Does anyone know what this song is about????? John Fogerty was an avid anti-vietnam protester. The "Rain"?? John described napalm bombs falling on innocent people as "Rain". Listen to the real meaning of his words.
