seriously, I looked around ... the ONLY MEMBER still alive from BADFINGER is JOEY.  George and John are gone, but PAUL and RINGO could still go out and perform/record as THE BEATLES, right?  Is it JOEY's fault he is the 'last man standing'?  The deal with music and bands and their names works precisely like that, even when all members are still alive.  The last member to be in the band called by its name is the one who "owns" the rights to perform as that band.  Unless of course you are fucking MIKE LOVE and stolen the name out from under everyone else.  HOW ABOUT YOU CLOWNS GO BACK AND LISTEN TO YOUR ALBUMS and let those who at least give JOEY credit for getting out there and trying his best to keep the name BADFINGER "alive"??  Or how about you all go and create a fucking cover band, and show us all how BADFINGER's music is supposed to be performed.  P.S.  GET A LIFE. (something Joey still has, God Bless Him).

Jane Calero, *OBVIOUSLY* Pete Ham cannot be on hand to sing the vocals himself, so (again, OBVIOUSLY) that job falls to Joey. I'm glad the man is still around to keep Badfingers music alive. Considering Joey is the only remaining member of the groups most popular line-up, he can (and should) continue to play and tour. I do not begrudge the man the chance to earn a living. As long as people are willing to buy a ticket to see him play.

Who do you expect to continue keeping the Badfinger name and music alive? Pete obviously isn't around to do it! If Pete were still alive, he would be in his late 60's and I can guarantee you his vocals wouldn't be that great anymore either. Smoking hasn't helped Joey's voice and all the guys in Badfinger were smokers. Just be glad the music is still being heard!

Give it up Joey, you were never Badfinger. Pete & Tom & Mike were. Your goofy antics at the camera and shitty vocals just make it all the more sad. The boys are not proud in heaven.. they are laughing while they jam out without him.

OMG.........it is too! What a piece of history in itself! I remember seeing him playing on many episodes of the Waltons, when I was growing up LOL.
