@bmorley10 I would just like to post an update on my comment from a year ago. After a lot of searching I have found one of the last copies of In Need of Medical Attention on vinyl record. It has been out of print since 1999, and so it was not easy to find. Word is that Joel is re-releasing all of his albums soon on LP starting with Truthfully Truthfully.
