We were space age wiz kids.....playing games like Stargate at the arcade with one quarter for 3 days in 1982 while everyone else was taking drugs and in rock bands. lol. The irony is that back in the 80's people hated the nerds. This song expresses the same fear and hate by the drug generation, the Boomers. But ironically their generation was wrong. Good thing we didnt listen, nor Bill Gates, Zuckerberg, and Jobs.Today the people with the money and success are the wiz kids and the intelligent people. The message back then was all wrong...the kids today now love their intellect and value their intelligence and diversity. The rockers, drug users, and jocks of the 80's are now dried up old hippes and looked down on in today's world and relics of some broken past. God Bless the kids today for seeing whats really important.....and those in our generation that saw through the lies.
