The tune "Rich Man, Poor Boy" was from this show and it's super rare. can't find it anywhere from this show. Grissom's phrasing and leads on that tune are jaw dropping. wish they would release as a dvd as posted below. damn what a show. Grissom is one of my fav players. he is a unique player blending Nashville w/ Blues/Rock to get a sound of his own.

I too found David Grissom from this ACL show. And since then I've seen Joe Ely live and he's a talented performer. The show was just as good as the Grissom days. He has a nose for smoking guitarists and he's a world class pro.

So glad you have some of this... There is no reason why this particular ACL should not be available to the world! ****Come on PBS... Don't you know who David Grissom is?!!**** Thank you for posting!

I have most of this show i taped on VHS back in the late 80's(or round' 90'). Here at this show, I discovered the pure genius of David Grissom. He absolutely burns wood all night on those PRS guitars. What a show this was. would love to have on DVD and CD.
