If Joe Diffie had to sing one song to that would unlock the Gates of Heaven for him this is it! "The insane locked up in themselves , the homeless down on Main" .....more homeless than you might realize are those "insane" affected by mental illness without advocates to help them get treatment for things like bipolar schizophrenia. I've seen how it makes them become homeless. Joe's song makes me cry everytime and praise God its not me.

I was never a big Joe Diffie fan, but he nailed this one.

I'm proud to be an Oklahoman!!! We produce some of the greatest country singers in country music history. From superstars like Joe, Garth, Reba, Vince Gill, Toby, Ronnie Dunn, Greg Jennings and Paul Gregg to less known singers like Mel McDaniels, Ty England, Lee Hazelwood, and Patty Paige. We ran the late 80s and all of the 90s, when country music was at its best.

I've had a tough life after a divorce 6 years ago, I think that I might be one of those 'insane locked up them cells" and that I will be one of those that spit against the wind who waits forever for ships that don't come in. Im convinced that Im standing on an empty shore. I just can't get past it all. I had it all before the divorce, a good career, everything. its over for me. I'm still waiting for my ship to come in, because Im a good guy, but in 6 years it hasn't, and I don't think it ever will.

I was waiting in line at the outside bank drive lamenting my money woes and I glanced over next door and sitting under a tree is a homeless person.
