Late answer.. but Rudy "Tutti" Grayzell: "Duck Tail" (Starday (Tenn.) 45-241), released on May 5th 1956. Joe Clay: "Ducktail" (Vik (N.Y.) 4X-0211), released on May 19th 1956. Rusty Wellington recorded a version of the song in 1956 as well for the Philadelphia Arcade label, but it remained unissued until 1978, when it appeared on the UK compilation album "Rockaphilly! Philadelphia Rock'n'Roll vol.1" (Rollercoaster LP 2001).

JOE CLAY is the singer of this song. I see where it says Artist by the microphone: Georges Guetary. I know for sure that the vocals are Joe Clay (aka Joe Cheramie from Gretna, La.). I saw him perform at Pontchartrain Beach in New Orleans when Elvis performed there. It was awesome!
