Thats your opinion homie. I think you just dont understand Pac. He spoke for people in the ghetto, his lyrics on the surface may not seem "lyrical" but if you listen deeper you will understand he is standing up for a people and preaching the struggle. Pac and Joe are different in their delivery for sure but Pac is lyrical. In fact if Pac wasnt who he was Joe Budden wouldnt be who he is.
