His name is Mark Rivera. He is a native New Yorker. You will see several camera shots of him during Billy Joel's performance. His specialty is saxophone but he plays several instruments. He has been with Billy Joel's band since 1982 Uptown Girl days. Before that he was in the band Foreigner on 4 albums. He knows everybody and performs with other musical groups all the time.
