I bought her cheap and used from a buddy ;) He told me he changed them and yeah mine don´t sound like P-90 I´m not at all musically versatile or whatever you wanna call it, it´s rather that my taste in music is kinda weird. I´m very open minded as well as I am very narrow minded, if you know what I mean As a guitarist I always appreciate negative criticism as long as it´s reasonable so I try to share my opinions whether postive or negative with other music lovers. Hope that clears it up for you

Personally, I would put Minus the Bear and Dredg ahead of Jimmy Eat World. All three are top notch bands though :)

I just listened to clarity and I don´t feel like I listened to a masterpiece. It´s again what I call random pop-rock - well it´s fine if you like him and his band, but it bores me to death after the first listen. I needed a humbucker guitar and bought it used and cheap from a buddy. The guitar is nice and versatile. I was simply slightly disappointed because I hoped Jim Adkins was some super awesome jazz guitarist, but he´s only the guitarist of a random not-unique rock band. that´s my viewpoint

Pop rock? STFO.Jim's lyrics and performances haveore emotion and soul than most bands can hopefor. Go listen to the master piece clarity, and seriously what idiot buys a signature guitar without knowing anything about the the musician it's for?

@nickpoprocky I don´t think they´re underrated. they sound very random and not at all special to me. I bought my guitar (fender ja-90) without knowing who Jim Adkins was. I thought he´d be some super chilled jazz musician... but seriously? pop-rock?
