It isn't even on Keith that the bass is too high. He's not gonna be able to tell from stage. It could have been the mixer's fault or it just could be the video posted has the bass too high.

Ira and Charlie put several songs in their wives names to get around publishing contracts;Anne Young was wife number five who died in the car crash.On the Louvins last album recorded after they split up,co-write credits go to Anne and not Charlie.She can be heard singing, uncredited,on Ira's only solo album. We are both agreed that this is a really excellent song,given a wonderful rendition here.I never realised what a class act Jim and Jesse are until i started watching these clips.

Here's what i know.The Louvin Brothers box set has a list of songs written, but not recorded by the brothers.A third writer Irene Frank is named.Some time ago a British t.v. documentary showed Charlie singing this song,and hementions that it was one of the last songs written by Ira.
