Hearing this song on the radio, when it came first came out, was my very first introduction to either Jim Capaldi or Traffic or even Steve Winwood.  This is one of Capaldi's finest songs, and it led me, once again, deeper into his and Winwood's output, but most importantly, it was the catalyst also for me to realize Traffic had once existed (I was only in high school when "Living on the Edge" was released).  I had the privilege of seeing Traffic in Denver for their 1994 Far From Home tour.  I also saw Dave Mason, shortly after his live collaboration with Capaldi in the late 90s, but not with Capaldi, at a small venue in Denver.

THIS SONG ROCKS !!!!!!!!! This world lost such a HUGE talent when Jim Capaldi passed !!!!!!!!His music was way before the times and he was such a HUGE part of so much other music out there, many people didn't recognize the influence and contributions he made to the music world !!!!!!! Took me a very long time to find his "Fierce Heart" on CD, very pricy but worth every penny !!!!!!!!! RIP Jim !!!!!!
