Lyrics:

You used to have a fever for me darlin'

I used to have that fire in my eyes

Now we're ninety eight point six degrees and fallin'

How cold does love get before it dies?

We've got the house the fancy car

Yeah, baby we worked hard now here we are

Well, maybe we've paid more then it should cost

We got a California king sized bed then we got lost

But you used to have a fever for me darlin'

I used to have that fire in my eyes

Now we're ninety eight point six degrees and fallin'

How cold does love get before it dies?

So many friends wound up alone

Didn't know just what they had till it was gone

So,baby lock that door and turn down the lights

There ain't nobody leaving here till we get it right

You used to have a fever for me darlin'

I used to have that fire in my eyes

Now we're ninety eight point six degrees and fallin'

How cold does love get before it dies?

How cold does love get before it dies?

Can't imagine why today's country radio would not play this honky tonk music. Too bad maybe country radio would come back to its senses.

Nashville doesnt want to hear "Country" anymore. I have no idea what the hell is they are putting out.A bunch of youngsters who don't have a clue what country is, singing about new blinged out jacked up trucks (since when was country about pickup trucks anyway ??? ) and out drinking and obviously driving on back roads late at night and fighting, girls singing about killing a guy or smashing up property for revenge. That's country ???A true credit to their generation.Country used to be about real feelings and of course flat out fun.Goodbye George.Goodbye country. This girl is out of this world but she'll never be big like the useless toerags that are out there now.SHAME on Nashville.Someone should start up somewhere else and start a true country revolution and sink Nashville and its penny pinchers and number crunchers.

The Producer knows, oldricky.. I call it, discipline.. Everybody hears something different.. I think the "TUBS" and Bass Track sounds great.. :) .. Thank you, for this song, Mr. Producer, Mr. Drummer and Mr. BassMan..

A take off of the old 12 bar blues? but drum track doesn't turn around there. It's good but he could have made it incredible rather than mostly repetition percusion that holds back so much country. Not critizing the drummer as I'm sure the producer dictated the track. But again, good tune since she carries it so well but it could be incredible.
