Am I the only one who always corrects timing from the "A match to catch"... till the end of Chorus....song sounds much more powerful that way!

Bill Allen: You BETCHA! I DEFINE Tull by BURSTING OUT! maybe even better is: the solo(s)/ interplay btwn Ian & Martin on flute solo/ improv (?), where it's VERY tough to hear the "point" of changeover from flute to guitar. No? What I live to hear from these guys!!! ; D

I agree. I own scores of prog albums (I've seen Yes,ELP and Pink Floyd live) AND 2 of Magazine's as well as Clash and the Sex Pistols, others. I like them all for different reasons.I truly pity people who are limited when it comes to music. I dislike them when they spew their disdain for things because they can't understand.them. Who's really missing out?

me too. people kept trying to get me to listen to their stuff. except, there is this live video of them (elp) playing live (their first concert?) and keith emerson is 'teetering' his organ on it's corner.. and i was filled with admiration. go figure, great performance!

Punk is just as cheesy if you look on the negative side of it.Every genre of music. Most punks have filthy rich parents.I did itthen hehe.

An awful admission: I like "Animals" by Pink Floyd, and I would like most of "Dark Side Of The Moon" if it wasn't full of inane stuff like cash registars, alarm clocks, and aeroplanes crashing. As for liking ELP: NEVER !

Good on you for saying so. I think it will be better if I keep my prog rock opinions to myself !

You are nearly there mate if you like Permafrost by Magazine. That has some proggy elements especially the melody! You haven't seen the light if you don't like prog rock!!!!!
