Impressive recording here. "Jesus Christ Is Risen Today," a translation of the Latin "Surrexit Christus hodie" was set to this tune as published as part of Lyra Davidica (London: John Walsh, 1708); Charles Wesley's "Christ the Lord Is Risen Today," written 1739, uses the same tune.

I think the key to digital and of course, pipe or hybrid, is voicing. Many of these instillations are too large for the space, and just "taken out of the box" with minimal voicing.

1 dislike. What's there to dislike...? Must be tone-deaf. P.S. I usually don't care for modern Novus Ordo-style churches but this one's really nice. Retains much of the Tridentine sensibilities while at the same time being contemporary. Great playing as well!
