I did, and a little over a year later "Domino" came out. That was around the same time my guitar player left my band to start working with Katy Perry Jessie J and the writers of Domino. So that proves what lawyers call "access", the similarity speaks for itself.

Okay, I can't be the only person who thought this was Katy Perry when I first heard it. I was in the car and we were listening to the radio. This song had came on by Katy Perry. Keep forgetting what its called, but I know it when I hear it. So afterwards this song Domino came on. I thought it was it Katy, so I was like, it's her birthday or something. They played like two of her songs. I liked it so I looked it up. I saw Jessie j Domino version, but I wanted the Katy Perry song. Couldn't find it. So I ask some friends do they know the song Domino by Katy Perry. They all just looked at me like I was trying bring the 1950s style back or something. They thought I was crazy. So I went home and I listened to the radio. Heard the song again. The man said it was Jessie J "Domino " on 98.7 radio. I was like. "Jessie J? What? That can't be right. It is Katy Perry ". So I got kinda confused. I thought the guy got it wrong. I wanted to call and tell but he'll probably feel embarrassed. So I looked it up again. I saw Jessie J song "Domino". I wanted to see how the song was Katy Perry's, then all of a sudden Jessie J. So I listened to it. And it was the same song. I was like "OH MY GOD!! WONDER WHY PEOPLE LOOKED AT ME STUPID AND THAT GUY SAID JESSIE J! Haha! I've been listening every since! It never gets old. Its like it came out yesterday. Its like I had just found out it wasn't Katy Perry song. Who would have thought? They just sounded so much alike. Who else got a story of how they found out? Cause I can't be the only one
