Jerry Reed is one of those few people that has a style which can NEVER be copied and truly 100% his own. No one but Jerry Reed can sound like Jerry Reed.

I bought this album in January 1977. It was a really cold day with a foot of snow. My student house was like an ice box but I got home and put on Jerry. This was my first album by him and I was blown away and warmed up by Jerry's Hot Licks. When I listen to this album I am transported back to my student days. I have lost count of all the albums I have bought by Jerry since then. I don't quite have them all- I need Jerry Reed Explores Guitar Country and the Unbelievable Guitar and Voice etc.!
