The 2 guitar solos in this song are my favorite Jerry rips ever... So crisp and clean.... They're perfect.

I agree with 1969Tessl. Greatest guitarist ever! There was nothing like seeing Garcia "live" in concert! I was fortunate enough to see him 6 times with the Grateful Dead. I only wish I could have seen him hundreds more times, and I definitely wished I could have seen him play with the Jerry Garcia Band. Nobody played with the passion and endurance like Garcia did! #TruthHurts

I was at this run of shows. Universal Amphitheater, Pauly Pavillion then San Diego which was 4/19 for this recording. I remember this because on 4/20 the next day, we say the WACO massacre on TV the following morning as it happened. This was one of the best Jerry shows I've seen & I've been to a few hundred.

Wow, I have been listening to the Dead for about 15 years, and I love when they cover Dylan, but I have never heard this before. Awesome, thank you Casey

yeah, he had elements of the blues, country, folk, bluegrass, jazz and of course good ol' rock n' roll in his uncoventional, always original playing. a rare picker and singer who could personalize a cover in such a profound way as to have you believe it was really his own composition.

Unknown date, but I'm guessing 4/18 or 4/23/93. Melvin Seals on keys.

I agree, this is awesome. It sounds like '91 or so, but I don't know for sure. I think I'm hearing Hornsby with him.
