This was my Nan and GrandDads song. He died in 1987 when i was just 6 and she died in 1994 when i was 13. I have always said that if i got married, this was would be THE song, not just as an honour to the woman who gave her life to me in love and accepted my love for her, but as a sign of love and honour for my grandparents and their son, my dad who passed away in 2013. It is one of those most powerful and beautiful love songs ever made. And if the unknown woman who became my future wife wanted this for our first dance and mouthed that chorus to me, i don't think i'd be able to stop myself from falling to pieces.
