I can't believe that I am the first one to comment on this song and this incredible, legendary artist, Jeffrey Osborne! When I was in High School and first heard his Love Ballad on the radio, it was so deeply soulful and moving. The orchestration, and Jeffreys voice was a perfect match. He sounded so very different from any of his contemporaries, and the song Love Ballad, is written so very well. They do not write like that anymore. Malik Jubal
