This song is why music exists. It is uplifting and alive. Jeff Lynne is an absolute genius. Now, at .59 seconds theres a change in modulation, key, I'm not musically trained, but he does something I have never heard before, but the song goes somewhere else, a glorious bridge with a pluck of a deep bass note, it explodes with choruses like Heaven.
