Forget about today's country.Jean Shepard is the greatest female voice of the genre, the most loyal fan of REAL country music, the most loyal member of the Grand Ole Opry and the one who never feared to mock pop-country. She payed all of this with little radio airplay and with the shame of being locked out of the Country Music Hall of Fame for over 30 years. She never won a major award (CMA or ACM), she was always treated badly by Music Row, but fuck them all, she is the BEST.

Good song good meaning. God bless us all and hope we all can be in Heaven someday together. Jesus gave his life so we can be forgiven of our sins. Ask him into your heart and live for and love God and let satan be defeated.

@craps2010 She is in the Hall of Fame now. I had to call the CMA people last year about it don't know that my phone call had anything to do with it but am glad to see that after I call they Inducted her. I call them after saw she was being Inducted and congratulate them so will you and others join me calling them for the following: Dottie, Skeeter, Connie, Jan, Jeannie Seely, Wilma Lee Cooper, Carl & Pearl Butler, Crystal Gayle Johny Russell to name a few stars who should be in the hall
