one of my favorite all time jean luc jammy jams. the pizzicato, the layers, the rhythms, the washes, the grooves, the solos. crazy. jean luc's final solo is sonic distillation, nasty syncopation that makes you twist your face up in delight.

that memories would have about 19 when I first heard it and it was one of my favorite tunes! better now than I have 43 years and reminded me that young man began to listen to the best music and became a wise knower of the best in music, without a doubt the best

Everytime I hear this baseline I imagine that I'm a mysterious detective walking thru a sordid street of some huge city in a post apocaliptic future, like Blade Runner or something

This remains my favorite complete album by him - computer incantations for world peace all the way thru -- brilliant artist, brilliant composer - his material is incredibly well thought out...can you think of anyone even in this category? I think not...I've always loved his album & song titles too -- succinct and descript

Oh Yea, this is a great one to jam with on keyboard but the transitions are a little tough to get used to, Top 20 Jean-Luc!

Great song by Mr Jean-Luc Ponty. Absolute killer synth bass by Mr.Ponty and awesome solo by Mr.George Duke as well. I remember hearing this song on the now defunct jazz radio station WJZZ back in the day. To bad radio stations like WJZZ doesn't exist anymore in Detroit, because I love listening to classics like this. But now I own a copy of this CD so I can jam to this song as well as others any time I want to. Its a great memory pleaser. Thanks daskamart for uploading this!
