I think this was one of the times Jay let Bleek do his own rhymes cause you can see the lyrical drop off between the two even with Jay holding back. Bleek aint have to tell us directly he was thinking what he wanted to speak nor did he need to rhyme stuff twenty times and he wasnt slick just riddling off a bunch of words rapid fire in his last or penultimate verse sounding like Silkk the Shokker on a speedball
