Let's see if I get it right: Jay Chou is a soldier - Or rather, a mercenary - part of an elite unit. He's friends with Bandanna. On a mission to destroy a drug/weapon shipment held by local militia, he's wounded in the neck by a grazing bullet. A local woman, a nurse, tends to his wounds, and they fall in love. Recovering, Jay completes the mission, but the warlord's men kill the girl (and maim his friend) with an RPG. Jay Chou goes berserk, and guns them all down. His buddies drag him back.
