Guitar: Max Dible

About Jason Becker: Jason Becker is an American rock guitarist and composer. At the age of 16, he became part of the Mike Varney-produced duo Cacophony with his friend Marty Friedman. They released Speed Metal Symphony in 1987 and Go Off! in 1988. Cacophony broke up in 1989 and Becker began doing solo work, having released his first album Perpetual Burn in 1988. He later joined David Lee Roth's band and recorded one album with him. However, Becker's success was hampered by his then-diagnosed amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and he was given three to five years to live. In 1996, Becker eventually lost the ability to speak and now communicates with his eyes via a system developed by his father. Despite his disability, he continues composing by using a computer. Today, he remains one of the most influential rock guitarists in the world.

About Max Dible: Max Dible is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music where he majored in composition. He has been close friends with Jason Becker for well over a decade and has spent countless hours, alongside Jason himself, documenting Jason's playing style. No other guitarist has had the opportunity to work directly with Jason to fully decipher all the intricacies of Jason's music. The results are presented in DC Music School's In The Style Of Jason Becker lessons.

Screw that ice bucket challenge just donate for the cause. I have seen people do this to avoided paying a donation. What kind of person would rather pour ice water on themselves instead of just simply donating to a cause that don't get much funding for research to begin with.

Very cool. Is Max using Jason's own 1980s Carvin, by the way, or is it one of the recent replicas?
