Before you watch this, I want to tell you a story, and please hear me out. I was once an honors schoolboy with a bright future in front of me. I'd just been accepted into several prestigious universities, was offered enough money in merit scholarships to pay my way through any one of them, and I had a smart and beautiful woman hanging on my arm. Interestingly enough, I hadn't seen this routine before today. And as a music lover, I love Janet Jackson as much as anyone else, but in my opinion, her outfit and her entire performance was too salacious for minors and for this event in general. People running around scantly clad in S&M lingerie. What was that about? That is obviously way too much for a family program at a football game. And to add to the offense, Justin Timberlake just had to tear away parts of Janet's clothes. Was that last part even necessary when Janet Jackson's routine had more than enough provocative gestures in it long before Justin Timberlake even got on the stage? The whole performance was just in really poor taste and was very inappropriate for the venue and audience.
