I've listened to both this song and Outkast' Hey Ya repeatedly, separately and together. I even overlayed the beats in Audacity so i can unequivocally conclude that people who claim that Janelle is ripping off from Outkast Hey Ya are tone deaf liars. Or maybe its simply jealousy speaking so as to put down a great artist. Nothing in the video comes from Outcast either tsk tsk tsk....Do your research people and not just mouth off about great and original music
