I can't believe this woman got away with this shit for so long. Her voice's an insult to singing. And IMO, Charlotte's just as bad. Stupid high pitched little girls voices. Lou, on the other hand, has a strong distinctive voice. She certainly didn't inherit it from Jane - that's for sure.
