Hey chums! Time for some Uncle Ben bass action. I recently re-discovered how awesome Time Won't Wait by Jamiroquai is (partially thanks to Marta Altesa and her great cover video! She's amazing. Scope her channel out.)... such awesome chord progressions and melodies, and all driven by some FANTASTIC bass lines! Really killer stuff, and extremely fun to play. There's so many ghost notes in these lines that they be HAUNTED. STRAIGHT HAUNTED.

Playing my old Warwick Thumb 5 string bolt on here, through my Kemper Profiler. The Kemper, in addition to being my favorite guitar amp ever, is also really awesome at handling bass duties! I use mine live all the time. I'm using a preset called "Brass Driver" that i got from the Kemper website, with a little mid boost and compression. Nothing too wild.

HI Ben . .hot playing . . I'm wondering how you use the Kemper live . . what you actually put it thru as far as speaker/cab while you play live. Other than going DI to the board. I'm picking up a bass after playing guitar for a while. Love the Kemper. My Toaster is unpowered they Freidman ASM 12 but am not sure those cabs can handle the bass . Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

OK so allow me to echo the sentiments of many of your fans. Stop being better than me at all these things. Lol, seriously dude awesome work. I started learning Bass then guitar and do neither with as much skill as I'd like but your videos are my favorites on YouTube and they are helping!!PS......I find out you're less than a 2 handicap in Golf and I'm gonna be most displeased.

Good job on the Jamiroquai song! just discoverd your vids/lessons 2 weeks ago and it's mighty addictive i'm a metal guy at heart, been playing for 25 yrs and you are the teatcher i wish i had when i started ,i love funk music and a lot of 80's pop, you should take a look at Billy Ocean song Loverboy, a lesson for this solo would be awesome, keep it up!!!
