Carole King looked so sweet and pretty back in the day... ah! Anyway I think she should get to sing this legendary song together with James Taylor as although James popularised it but Carole was the one who wrote and sang the song first. This is as fair as Pascal's Triangle, where he got the credit for popularising the concept (despite also doing some work on it) rather than inventing it which existed in various ancient cultures way before he came into existence. Music should not follow Math.
