Well if the ORIGINAL by Peggy Lee was sung in a fast jazz/swing like fashion then that's how the song was intended to be sung. They only portrayed it as slow and 'sexy' because of Jessica Rabbit in the film. This is just a different take on the song. Yes it is an amazing version and a lot would prefer this version but Peggy was a legend. This version wouldn't of happened without her.
