Lyrics:

There are few who'd deny, at what I do I am the best

For my talents are renowned far and wide

When it comes to surprises in the moonlit night

I excel without ever even trying

With the slightest little effort of my ghostlike charms

I have seen grown men give out a shriek

With the wave of my hand, and a well-placed moan

I have swept the very bravest off their feet

Yet, year after year, it's the same routine

And I grow so weary of the sound of screams

And I, Jack, the Pumpkin King

Have grown so tired of the same old thing

Oh, somewhere deep inside of these bones

An emptiness began to grow

There's something out there, far from my home

A longing that I've never known

I'm a master of fright, and a demon of light

And I'll scare you right out of your pants

To a guy in Kentucky, I'm Mister Unlucky

And I'm known throughout England and France

And since I am dead, I can take off my head

To recite Shakespearean quotations

No animal nor man can scream like I can

With the fury of my recitations

But who here would ever understand

That the Pumpkin King with the skeleton grin

Would tire of his crown, if they only understood

He'd give it all up if he only could

Oh, there's an empty place in my bones

That calls out for something unknown

The fame and praise come year after year

Does nothing for these empty tears

You're attempting to end this because you know I'm right. I don't think you know this, but I don't stop when people tell me to, I stop when I want. Good luck with that. XD And it's fairly easy to find someone using their username when you actually have a manager to do so for you. I'm not stupid here, I actually know what I'm talking about, as for you, obviously you don't. Don't worry, once I was in an argument that lasted two months in the comments below on a video of Eminem. Good luck with me.

So... You looked me up on Google using my YouTube name? Well, that's professional and hardcore. At first you'd have to find out my real name, learn my native language and THEN Google it, perhaps? :) I see that this discussion is rather pointless. Instead of showing me any arguments that would back up your statement, you're just referring to the fact that you've worked with people. Not really wise :) Thus, let us end it right here. Good luck to you and thanks! :)

Really?! Until I see proof, and I'm mean hardcore proof, you're bluffing. I've worked with people and actually studied. You don't know what you're talking about. Plus, I looked you up on Google, there isn't any record of you voice acting. And have you not ever listened to real karaoke? Because those ones are completely removed.

"Getting the instrumental itself" doesn't mean "removing vocals". It means getting the initial track without them. It's not always possible, but it's much easier sometimes just to ask around and see if you can find people who might have it in their possession, rather than screwing up a piece of music while trying to mechanically rip the vocals out of the track.

Which means that you need to get the original music record of the desired song that was used by the original singers. That was what I meant. Good job that you study that. I am a voice actor, been one for 15 years already. And I guess I know what I'm talking about as well :)

"You need to get the instrumental itself" which means you can remove all vocals. I study theatre, musicals, movies, and sets. I think I know what I'm talking about.

You can't remove the vocals and maintain the quality of the music itself. If the vocals are centered, and music goes left and right, it is possible to clear most of the vocals, but it will still damage the music, and the result will not be the best. It depends on many things, and each individual song will give different results. But it is impossible to remove all the vocals and still make it sound like it's a clear instrumental. You need to get the instrumental itself.

Actually, you can possibly remove all vocals.

I got bored and really wanted to sing this with the music but without the lyrics and this is the only one I've found, but the lyric echo is so distracting 'cause it comes after the lyric is supposed to like it should but it doesn't sound like it should if you know what I mean. But I'm glad that at least someone tried. :)

I can see where you're coming from and i certainly agree that the best way to replicate is with a full orchestra. I guess the point i was personally going for was that it's either impossible, or really damn hard to completely remove the vocals without leaving some kind of unwanted sound or trace (your "even if it'll be corrupted in the process" statement has been noted). You seem to be quite more knowledgeable about this subject than myself, so i'll give you a nice friendly "touche" :D.

You are not exactly right here. You will never do a decent karaoke like this, because it will never sound the same as original instruments used in song. Unless, of course, you own a personal orchestra or have tons of money to hire one. The whole point of the "vocal extraction" is to at least try to use the original music, even if it'll be corrupted in process, as it will still sound better than MIDI version or Fruity Loops thing. The best way is to contact studio and ask for instrumental.

If you make a karaoke, you don't take out the singing, you're supposed to make another thing entirely, like out of MIDI samples or something. Fruity Loops is a great karaoke making program as well as many others. There are also decent FREE ones if you don't wanna buy one. Though, i like how you're defending this, its not really... necessary(?) However, to Tonysmth593, i say good attempt :D

I love this movie so much.. And hearing the songs makes me desire Halloween Time soo much. My house smelling like cinnamon and spice, our jackolanterns flickering, and the taste of salty pumpkin seeds and candy. I always watch this movie at leas 2179843721984372 times during the fall.. and at least 18327432749878!9 times during the whole year. It made me what I am today :)

I´m tired of all those people whining "I can hear the vocals" crap. Have you ever tried to do a karaoke of something? It´s impossible to remove voices completely, especially if they have reverb or echo effect on them originally! Learn about some stuff before posting crap, people. Awesome job, I like this karaoke.

@ShadowWocky they did that so if you get off track it'll be easier to get back on the right lyrics

So fun to sing :D It makes it easier with his voice not entirely gone, it sort of guides you. Thanks!
