Thanks again for the quality post. I was just stumbling around Bette Davis Eyes, to the Composer, to this post - awesome!

Good quality post, thanks for sharing. If you ever have the chance to post 'Dorothy' from the same album, that would be great. I think it's one of her best songs ever.

When I so-called "Die",I'm gonna have Myself "frozen"for another chance to Live in the distant future when they have the technology to bring Me back to Life, cure Me,and restore My youth. But on My own accord. Not just because Jackie DeShannon had Herself "frozen". It's called Cryonics by the way.

Thanks for those updates. I've seen most of the "rock n roll" movies from the '60s, but haven't caught this one yet.

Funny... Kim Carnes covered this song on her very first album "Rest On Me" in 1971. Kim has recorded some Jackie's compositions as "Bette Davis eyes," "Hit And Run," "Piece Of Sky" and "Only Lonely Love". Kim also acted with Jackie in "C'Mon, Let's Live A Little" movie (1967).
