I always liked this song by Jack Scott, but I don't think he's done himself any real favour by singing it on stage with all the back ground noise. I appreciate he is a lot older now, but somethings should just be left so he can be remembered as a much better singer than he came across as here.

Over the years, I've thought of this song many times, but this is the first time that I remembered to do a YouTube search. I thought I was the only one that remembered this song. I'm glad to see that many others share my memory. I was in the military when it was at peak popularity. Wow! What memories!
