What we have here is a dated relic of an embarrassing era in rock & roll, desperately grasping past his daily regimen of multi-vitamins for one last shot at fame; a goal that his original endeavors just grazed before a big fall into obscurity. A true sad sight. Meanwhile he continues to try to appeal to a fanbase that is rapidly aging, preferring a quiet night-in enjoying a few Big Bang Theory reruns to the thrills of live music they once sought after in the late 80’s. Oh the facebook and youtube comments are steadily positive, and I’m sure there will be quite a few iTunes downloads, but the crowds will never be the same. The decaying non-relevant frontman will surely repel any first time viewers rather than engage them, rendering their turnouts lower and lower, and the idea of touring an obsolete concept. The river is running dry for this old-timer, Jack Russel. Suddenly those “real jobs” all the jocks in school got, the ones that once repulsed a young dreamer like Russel, seem pretty appealing. The idea of framing houses, selling used cars, or even bagging groceries are a simple-life oasis to the tiring hamster wheel of chasing fame that he’s been running on all of these years. But who’s going to want to employ someone with such a mental complex that compels such a thirst for fame? Does Jack Russel contend with a life of getting a new job every 6 months or continue his futile marathon of playing smaller and smaller dive bars, hoping that family members of someone who died in the Station Fire don’t find him and punch him in the parking lot? It’s a terrible existence for our hapless hero, Jack Russel. Wishing you all the best.

I just want to thank everyone for all the wonderful comments and for all your love and support throughout the years. at 57 years old I find myself looking back and thinking about you all when you were young LMAO, what the f*** am I saying I was a lot younger too ain't that a b****. but on a serious note I couldn't have asked for a more Wonderful Life with so many wonderful friends as yourselves and who I love so much for giving me the gift of being able to sing for all of you. I hope somehow my music and the beautiful voice God has given me, and I mean that with the greatest humility. but I know if it wasn't for you all I'll be working on a fishing boat not that that's a bad gig by any stretch of the imagination. but again thank you all so very much and no in your hearts that I'm always thinking of you and when I'm on stage playing for you it is the greatest store in the world the closest I'll ever get to heaven.
