One of those "overlooked gems" in my opinion. And yes, that's Izzy Stradlin' from *Guns N Roses*. This was his first solo album after leaving the band, and it's more like *The Rolling Stones* and early *Black Crowes* than any GNR you can think of.

some guy said Lies is their best album? Lol, there's only like 4 new songs on the whole record and Axl wrote 3 of them. Lies is more of an ep. It was a stop-gap measure to hold the public over while they worked on the Illusions.
