It's absolutely the Inspector Gadget's theme song. IHMK is different, they only have a pair of notes in common at the beginning.

honestly, i don't think the song name has anything to do with the material it contains. that's an interesting connection to make, i'll give you that. i just don't think that they usually name their songs according to the subject matter. and there is a distinctive difference between the two songs. while they play pretty much the same notes, Mountain King alternates the notes at a faster speed than Inspector Gadget. play them side by side and it's nigh impossible to disagree.

While you're correct in saying Inspector Gadget and IHMK are similar progressions... so much so that it's pretty easy to confuse the two, but I'm going to have to say you're wrong and that this -is- IHMK. Aside from it being one of my favorite compositions, the title "Breaker of Mountains" implies it's a rendition of Mountain King. I'd lean more towards I.G. if the title was something like "Broken Gadgets" or something, but as stands I'm standing by IHMK.
