I have this roll tucked away in my 600+ roll collection and I do know it's Frank Milne. The recommended tempo is twice as fast as this. I have been slowing down my tempos so they sound more pleasing like this one. I also have it on Melodee (Green box) and soon the Frank Banta version on Play-Rite.

I know this is a QRS roll, as it is identified elsewhere on UTube, but the player is a mystery. You would know much better than I who the "suspects" are but it is clearly not Cook. Kortlander maybe?
