I hear Tool influence in that riff.

ISIS: one of the few bands whose *B-sides* still kick the ass of every other band's A-material combined.

This is such a nice change of pace. Although maybe the one time where I wish they just stuck with the post rock sound an ditched the growled vocals, anyways thanks for adding the imagery!

The band has said that the lyrics to the songs on Wavering Radiant relate to the works and writings of Carl Jung; specifically, his theories with regards to dreaming. Turner himself said that he avoided any drug/chemical usage while writing so that he could remember his dreams more vividly, and record them in a journal. Entheogens had nothing to do with it. I don't even disagree with your point of view - but it's unfair to the band for you to throw your own agenda into their lyrics.

Isis may be disbanded, but randomly finding this was a great surprise.

Friends, it's no coincidence that musically & lyrically Temporal began & ended with "20 minutes/40 years" & "Threshold of Transformation" (also final song off their final EP), with this tune added to it. This is special music inspired by higher realms & dimensions of consciousness. Entheogens >>>>>>>>>>>>>>
