4:59 : orgasm, eargasm, undefined headbangasm and ofc in the end, me floating and diving in my room full of gasm-s.

Isis songs have the most beautiful lyrics. It's poetry. They'll be deciphering them in schools a few hundred years from now as we do now with poets like Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson and Countee Cullen.

Glam may have been a bit of a jump =P I was running on very few hours of sleep. The major point I was trying to make is that it reminds me too much of older bands like Metallica, Kiss, etc. and I often have trouble separating the bands in my head. Just not my cup of tea personally, though if you like Aaron's screamed vocals OMG is awesome, and they're putting out/put out a new album this year. It's not all of the members from ISIS but you can definitely still feel the influence.

Glam metal? Not saying you're wrong, maybe other people do hear that, but I never made that connection myself . Not too familar with Old Man Gloom perhaps I should listen to some more.

Aaron's sung vocals are too reminiscent of glam/early slash metal for most casual listeners. Hence why I am such a fan of OMG... "The Volcano" is crackrock as far as I am concerned.
