i listen to Iron maiden since 12 years old.Have anyone except me noticed a melancholy,suicidal mixed with romantic thoughts of Steve Harris during 1981-82?I mean purgatory is about someone who commits suicide but still is in love with a woman and visits her.Twilight zone seems to be the continuing saga of purgatory where the person who died likes the place where he is now and wants to her with him.Both these songs and hallowed be the name seem to have a very sad tone and theme that never appeared again in the band.Feel free to share your thoughts with me
