When Eddie slaps Janick in the face, I nearly fell out of my chair laughing! I hate Janick sooo much!

Blaze's version of Futureal is my favourite however. This one is really nice too

Blaze is a good singer to me, even if Bruce is and will always be my favourite. The problem with Virtual XI was uninspired songwriting (only with few songs, cause there are great songs too in the album). The X Factor is good in my opinion

X-factor and Virtual 11 were good albums with great songs............the big headache was that Blaze were a bad singer, and did not fit into the Maiden-style. If these albums had been with Bruce, they would have sold a lot more.Bruce is the best, he proof so here, and also on Sign Of The Cross. When he sings one of the Blaze-songs, they automatically gains 50% in greatness.

Listen to Dream of Mirrors off BNW, that was originally a Virtual XI track. Not only does Bruce make that song so powerful but Adrian as well.

Personally, I think Blaze fitted Maiden darker songs like the edge of darkness in the late 90's. That being said, he didn't sing songs like trooper and the evil that men do las well as the almighty Bruce.

That is your opinion and you have that right but to me X factor was one of most boring albums in the history of Maiden there were a few medicore songs but to say it was fantastic is a longshot in my book. Blaze sounded better in Wolfsbane but to me in never fit Maiden style...

It didn't sell so well cause Blaze's vocal style and the darker style of the album were a big disappointment for most Maiden fans and because they released that album after a three years studio releases hiatus. X-Factor is a fantastic album and you can't measure its artistic value with its sales.

Is that why that album sold so well NOT!

It is a brilliant album in its own right. Honestly though I think Virtual XI would sound fucking awesome with Bruce as the vocals, nothing against Blaze, but I think the more upbeat, kind of jumpy tone of Virtual XI is more Bruce's forte. Blaze was fucking BRILLIANT on the X-Factor though. (Although my favorite version of Sign of the Cross is still Rock in Rio 2001 with Bruce xD)
