I don't know if it's just his accent, or what, but it sounds like he often stops speaking English right at the point when he thanks his performers as they walk off stage. I realize he's Dutch, but it seems like an odd habit. Is "give them a round of applause" actually the same words in English and Dutch? I obviously don't know Dutch, so I don't know.
