That "ego" is what turned heads when Switch was released and their subsequent touring -AND- the rest of INXS didn't mind the attention one bit. Time has proven one thing, INXS were nothing without Michael until they found J.D., and now they're nothing without J.D. That's why they ultimately (finally?) broke up.

If you have had the priviledge of seeing the original INXS live there is no comparison to J.D brought to them. He was good but had an ego that wasn't mached with talent. We used to travel all around Melbourne (Aus) to see them when Shabooh Shoobah and The Swing were a soundtrack to our lives. Then they did Live Baby Live at Wembley. That still is one of the best concerts you will ever see. J.D could not have ever done that.
