This is Cain and Abel. A great track off the album interference by the band Interference. I'm going to promote the band here as the founder and lead singer is my uncle, Fergus O'Farrell and they are seriously underrated.

its a brilliant tune, savage voice too, check out "interferance on other voices", there is a half an hour of footage of them performing on an irish show,
