Intelligent Hoodlum(Tragedy Khadafi) was a Five Percenter black muslim rapper from the Queens Bridge projects. His debut self titled album was produced entirely by Queens natives Marly Marl & Large Professor. His pro black message was dominant throughout his first two releases on A&M/Polygram Records. The song utilizes James Brown's "Say it loud, I'm Black and I'm Proud" sample. In the mid- nineties Intelligent Hoodlum later changed his name to Tragedy Khadafi when he appeared on Capone & Noreaga's debut "War Report."

Maybe he didn't pay attention in biology class to the lecture about genetics where it said that a dominant aka darker gene can produce a non-dominant aka lighter gene but not vice versa and that a German biologist discovered that theory.
